SMI Automotive Service have been involved with the SMI Street Festival for many years; a one day event in the heart of St Matthews that showcases the area’s local retailers and restaurants. Year after year, SMI shares our joy for cars and the St. Matthews Community with giveaways, swag and games for everyone that stops by!
During the winter months, a group of SMI Automotive Service’s technicians and office staff gather together to ring bells at local retail shops to raise money for the Salvation Army of Louisville. Each year it is rewarding to know that we are not only making an impact, but also more importantly raising money to feed, clothe, comfort and care for those in our community.
Halloween in Brown Park is such an exciting event for our SMI Automotive Service staff. Each year, SMI joins dozens of local organizations and businesses set up trick or treating stations throughout Brown Park. Our staff enjoys dressing up as their favorite characters and seeing the kiddos enjoy tasty treats, hayrides, and bouncy houses while getting in the Halloween spirit!
SMI’s team of family, friends and staff has participated in the March of Dimes walk that takes place at Waterfront Park in Downtown Louisville. The 2-mile walk helps support the mission of March of Dimes, which strives to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
